Welcome to 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (ICECOS). This conference organized by Universitas Sriwijaya, Indonesia and co-organized by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, JAIST Japan and Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. The 3rd ICECOS 2019 will be held at Batam Island, Riau Islands Province, Indonesia.

The objective of ICECOS is to present the latest research and results of scientists (preferred students, post graduate Students, and post-doc scientist) related to Electrical Engineering and Computer Science topics. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. The conference will feature traditional paper presentations as well as keynote speech by prominent keynote speakers who will focus on related state-of-the-art technologies in the areas of the conference.
